Doel van de verwerking van de gegevens 

Emerald Housing BV gebruikt de persoonsgegevens van gebruikers in voorkomende situaties voor de volgende doeleinden:

• uitvoering opdracht of overeenkomst met betrokkene;
• facturatie;
• afleveren producten (foto’s, ander materiaal) of diensten;
• informatie over wijzigen producten en diensten

Verwerkingsgrond voor de verwerking van gegevens

Emerald Housing BV verwerkt de persoonsgegevens van gebruikers in voorkomende situaties alleen wanneer:

• de verstrekker van de persoonsgegevens hier toestemming voor heeft gegeven, dan wel wanneer de verwerking van belang is bij het uitvoeren van een overeenkomst;
• ter nakoming van een wettelijke verplichting dan wel wanneer er sprake is van een gerechtvaardigd belang.

 

Verstrekking persoonsgegevens aan derden

Emerald Housing BV zal de persoonsgegevens aan derden ter beschikking stellen voor zover dat nodig is voor de uitvoering van onze dienstverlening. Verder verstrekt Emerald Housing BV ook persoonsgegevens aan derden, omdat zij daartoe een gerechtvaardigd belang heeft, dit gerechtvaardigd belang bestaat uit het genereren van traffic naar de Emerald Housing BV website teneinde het woningaanbod zo breed mogelijk kenbaar te maken bij woningzoekenden.

Deze verwerkers verwerken de persoonsgegevens volgens onze instructies en onder onze verantwoordelijkheid. Dit wordt vastgelegd in een verwerkersovereenkomst die Emerald Housing BV met deze partijen sluit.

Ook verstrekt Emerald Housing BV persoonsgegevens aan derden, indien zij daartoe op grond van een wettelijke bepaling of een uitspraak van de rechtbank of toezichthoudende instantie verplicht is, dan wel indien dit noodzakelijk is in het belang van het voorkomen, opsporen of vervolgen van strafbare feiten (zoals bedrog, fraude of oplichting).

Kredietwaardigheidsbeoordeling

Indien en wanneer u klant wenst te worden, kan Emerald Housing uw gegevens verstrekken aan Economic Data Resources B.V. (EDR). EDR zal deze gegevens gebruiken om advies te geven over kredietwaardigheid. EDR gebruikt uw gegevens om uw kredietwaardigheid en contactgegevens te onderzoeken. Beveiligingsmaatregelen

Emerald Housing BV respecteert de privacy van iedere gebruiker en draagt er zorg voor dat persoonsgegevens vertrouwelijk en met de grootst mogelijke zorgvuldigheid worden behandeld. Zo heeft alleen geautoriseerd personeel toegang tot uw gegevens om verlies en/of onrechtmatig gebruik of verwerking te voorkomen.

Emerald Housing BV spant zich verder naar redelijkheid in haar systemen te beveiligen tegen verlies en/of tegen enige vorm van onrechtmatig gebruik of verwerking en maakt daarbij gebruik van passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen, waarbij onder meer rekening wordt gehouden met de stand van de techniek.

Rechten van gebruikers

U heeft bepaalde rechten met betrekking tot uw persoonsgegevens. Dit geldt in het bijzonder voor uw rechten van toegang, rectificatie, restrictie, bezwaar, verwijdering en gegevensoverdraagbaarheid. Emerald Housing BV zal de persoonsgegevens niet langer dan noodzakelijk bewaren voor de hierboven genoemde doeleinden en om te voldoen aan wet- en regelgeving. De bewaartermijn is afhankelijk van het doeleinde waarvoor de persoonsgegevens worden verwerkt. Nadat het niet meer noodzakelijk is om de persoonsgegevens te bewaren, worden deze door Emerald Housing BV vernietigd.

Wanneer bezoekers reacties achterlaten op de site verzamelen we de gegevens die worden weergegeven in het reactieformulier, en ook het IP-adres van de bezoeker en de browser user agent string om spamdetectie te helpen.
